Organic Fertilizers

About Organic Fertilzers

Organic fertilizers are natural soil additives derived from plant, animal, or mineral sources. Unlike synthetic (chemical) fertilizers—which supply isolated, fast-release nutrients directly to plants—organic fertilizers work with the soil ecosystem to improve long-term soil fertility, microbial health, and structure.

Vermicompost

Vermicompost (often referred to as "black gold") is a nutrient-rich, organic fertilizer and soil conditioner produced through the breakdown of organic waste by specialized earthworms and beneficial microorganisms.Unlike traditional hot composting, which relies on high temperatures and microbial decay over months, vermicomposting is a cold decomposition process where earthworms consume organic materials and excrete highly fertile castings.

Neem Cake

Neem cake is the solid residue left behind after oil is cold-pressed from the seeds and kernels of the neem tree (Azadirachta indica). Widely used in organic farming and gardening, it acts as both a nutrient-rich organic fertilizer and a natural soil conditioner/pest repellent

Cocopeat

Cocopeat (also known as coir pith, coco coir, or coir dust) is a multi-purpose, organic growing medium made from the fibrous outer husk of the coconut (Cocos nucifera).

During the extraction of coconut coir fibers, a light, spongy material is separated as a byproduct. Once washed, heat-treated, dried, and graded, this material becomes cocopeat—a sustainable, eco-friendly alternative to traditional peat moss.

Neem Oil

Neem oil is a naturally occurring botanical biopesticide and fungicide derived from the cold-pressed seeds and fruits of the neem tree (Azadirachta indica). Widely recognized in organic farming and integrated pest management (IPM), it offers a broad-spectrum, eco-friendly solution for managing agricultural pests and foliage diseases without relying on synthetic chemicals..
